Events


  • The party descend to the lowest levels of the ship, finding a group of Merrow defending the last few rooms that remain unexplored by the party. 

  • The merrow are defeated, allowing the party time to explore what is left. 

  • In the northernmost room, the party find a strange metallic shield with a symbol of an eye on it, that appeared to be placed on some sort of altar. 

  • In the southernmost room, the party find a set of magical stones which have created a breathable atmosphere, and held within are four prisoners that had been captured by the Sahuagin. 

  • Among the prisoners are Westra Rimewave, Bern's mother, and Luth Gurdman, a former pirate working under Edward. 

  • The party find a map which indicates that the cities of Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter and Waterdeep are at risk of Pirate Attacks. 

  • The party get the captives to dry land and then make camp. 

  • While sleeping Aleena receives a dream directing her to take the party to meet a unique inhabitant of Gundarlun.
